Neuro-Linguistic Programming refers to how the neurology or the language of neurology functions. In Neuro-Linguistic Programming Neuro stands for neurology, Linguistic stands for language and Programming stands for the functions. In a simple language we can explain this that when two people with different languages are unable to understand what the other person wants to say. Similarly we have this kind of relationship with our sub conscious mind. 

Neuro:-  Neuro refers to the mental ability of an individual. Every individual has their own unique mental filtering system. This ability is responsible for million and billion processes of our senses. 

Linguistic:- This is the second term that we have . These can be the instructions that we get from outside world. After getting the instruction this is converted to the language that is suitable for our sub conscious mind.  Instructions are for our senses like voice or sound for ears, smell is for nose, taste is for tongue. The second mental map is called the Linguistic Map (sometimes known as Linguistic Representation)

Programming:- This refers to the reaction or response that come out of that instruction understood by us. 

If you are doing well at your work, you are healthy, you have happy relationship with your partner or family and you feel everything is good this is not the exact situation. Sometime your sub conscious mind may need some help to get better.

 

Sometime you know what you want to say but you do not find proper word for communicate and how to present the thing you want.  Associate Professor from the University of California, Santa Cruz, John Grinder and an undergraduate Richard Bandler had a fascination with human excellence. They started this study in early 1970’s and  Neuro-Linguistic Programming is now in its third decade. It has been so wide and spreaded all over the world and now million of people have knowledge about this.
